SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We primarily ship with Canada Post letter mail so that we can offer no shipping fees to our customers. If you suspect that your socks have been lost in transit, contact us immediately. If we have your sock in stock, we will mail out a replacement ASAP. If your sock is not in stock, we will figure out an appropriate alternative.
Storefront Purchases and Club Subscriptions
Sneaky Socks won’t take returns. We consider all socks worn and smelly. However, we will issue replacement socks within the terms of our warranty. We trust our socks and will replace them if necessary.
Custom Sock Orders
Sneaky Socks will not handle returns for custom orders. If you suspect a product, purchased from us, is defective or failed to meet your expectations in some way, please contact us. Sneaky Socks will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
